The Rusty Ruins is an old city from the Rusty time. It has many broken down buildings and a roller coaster. Many uglies take their hoverboards to the Rusty Ruins and ride the roller coaster. When Tally first rode the coaster Shay didn't tell her about the hole where part of the coaster had fallen. The momentum carried her over to the other side. This place is where uglies meet David who tells them about The Smoke. This is also where the New Smokies resided before Tally became a pretty. Tally came here after the Diego war and met David at the end of Specials.
